Now, close your eyes and take some time to concentrate on the earthy, pungent smell of the cinnamon. Visualize yourself surrounded with a happy, loving white light. Take long, slow deep breaths and see any sadness or anxiety as a thick smoke that releases from your body as you exhale. On the inhale, bring in the strong white light and allow it to infuse your whole body. Continue this visualization until you feel significantly lighter, or until the candle has completely burned away.
